30 YEARS OF CRAFTSMANSHIP

For over 30 years I have been making Yidaki (didgeridoo.) I have always made yidaki with the the respect and awareness of its origins coming from north east Arnhem Land.

CONNECTION TO LINEAGE

A number of years ago I was invited into the late Mr D Gurruwiwi’s family, since that time I have made regular visits to his homeland to deepen my connection with Mr D Gurruwiwi, his family and my craft as a Yidaki maker. I have been given permission and blessings to make Yidaki. I continue to work with respect and integrity with this instrument. This is what you get when you buy a Jesse Lethbridge Didgeridoo.

CONNECTION TO MUSIC.

Over the years I have been invited to perform at Garma festival (Yothu Yindi Foundation) and continue to support Mr D Gurruwiwi’s legacy and family in sharing the Yidaki with the world.

All my timbers are sustainably harvested under NT licence.
